Cancelation Policy

In order to better serve all my clients, I have a cancellation policy in place. This is to ensure that my business and personal expenses are not affected by last-minute cancellations or no-shows.  

 Your appointment time has been set aside for you, and you may cancel or reschedule this appointment without charge any time up to 24 hr before the start of your appointment.  This allows other clients the chance to book in for your cancelled appointment time, and for me to plan my time (including travel between appointments) accordingly.

•   If you give less than 24 hr notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your cancelled appointment.

If you are being charged a cancellation fee, you will be sent an invoice with payment instructions.  No further appointments can be booked until the cancellation fee has been paid. 

Travel Policy

I'm happy to travel long distances to reach you. A charge of £5 - £20 (depending on distance travelled) will charged and discussed upon booking.
